Red Cheetah is interviewing for a full-time Software Support Specialist
The Position:
  • Full-time position
  • Annual salary based on number of existing customer accounts you manage, quality of your work, knowledge and ideas
  • Downtown Austin, Texas

Your primary job responsibilities are to:
  • Support Red Cheetah Customers
  • Help with testing new software revisions
  • Help with general system testing
  • Help improve Red Cheetah systems and processes

A personality geared toward excelling with customer service is most important. Expertise with the Internet including web browsing and email is required. Experience using common office-based software applications including Outlook, Word and Excel are important.

You will be involved in team meetings to continually improve Red Cheetah's software, processes and service strategy and tactics.

You must be able to work both independently and as a member of a team. After adequate training you must demonstrate the skills to solve problems with little supervision.

We are a young, growing and financially stable company with a casual workplace.

You will be expected to work 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
