• Train new Red Cheetah Customers and Red Cheetah Team Members in all aspects of software and accounting integration
• Help with testing new software revisions
• Help with general system testing
• Help improve Red Cheetah systems and processes

We are looking for an experienced software trainer who is accustomed to training over the phone. You will be responsible for scheduling and completing training sessions with both Red Cheetah team members and Red Cheetah customers alike. Each new Red Cheetah customer experiences 6 training sessions. In addition you will be coordinating and following up on past training sessions until the Red Cheetah customer is fully "live" on our web-based software

Expertise with the Internet including web browsing and email is required. Experience using common office-based software applications including Outlook, Word and Excel are important.

You will be involved in team meetings to continually improve Red Cheetah's software, processes and service strategy and tactics.

You must be able to work both independently and as a member of a team. After adequate training you must demonstrate the skills to solve problems with little supervision.

We are a young, growing and financially stable company with a casual workplace.

You will be expected to work a flexible 8 hour day to be agreed upon prior to start date, Monday - Friday.
