Return Policy

We are committed to providing you the best customer experience. Most items are returnable, with some restrictions. All claims must be made within 30 days of original date of receipt. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. You can call 318-635-6471 or 1-877-913-6471 to request a return authorization or complete the form found on the “contact us” page. Refunds will be applied back to the credit card or account used for the original purchase.

If your items are received damaged, defective or incomplete, any requests for a return or refund must be made within 7 business days of the original date of receipt. If there was an error on our part, we will work to process your return or exchange efficiently and fairly.

Return Restrictions

There are items that are not returnable for safety concerns, expiration dates or fraud concerns. The following items are not returnable: ink & toner, electronics, software, calendars and dated items, perishable and personal hygiene products (food, beverages, pharmaceuticals. Returns for these products will only be accepted due to shipping damage, manufacturer's defect or a processing error on our part.


Items ordered incorrectly or if you change your mind about an item, if all restrictions are met, the refund will be issued upon receipt of the item in restockable condition. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

If you received a defective item, an incorrect item, or the item was damaged in shipment, we will work with you to arrange for the merchandise to be returned.

Request a Return Authorization Number

To return an item, call 318-635-6471 or 1-877-913-6471 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. We will need the following information to process your Return Authorization:

        Order Number

        Item(s) and quantity you wish to return

        Reason for the return

Within 48 hours of receiving your request, we will e-mail you return instructions, including a Return Authorization Number. If the error was on our part, damaged or manufacturer defect, we may also e-mail a UPS mailing label for you to print and use at no cost to you.

Packaging and Sending Returns

Returns will need to be repackaged with original packaging materials and in original condition. The Return Authorization number must appear on the outside of the shipping package for quick and efficient returns. If the return authorization number is not on the shipping package your return will be delayed. Product packaging must be in original condition and packaged for safe shipment.

If a product is being returned as new, but the product packaging has been altered, opened, or damaged prior to its return, we reserve the right to refuse the refund completely.
