Return Policy

                  Tera Office Solutions Department Policies:

Backorder policy: We rarely experience back order. However, you expected from time to time they may occur and you will be notified of back order within 24hrs of placing your order. If the item is available and is in shipment to us, you will be notified of the expected delivery date. If the item is OUT- OF- STOCK at the manufacturer, we will give you anticipated due date. Whenever possible we will suggest substitute products that match your initial request.

Return order policy: PLEASE CALL 1-800-887-1885.Return Orders will not be accepted without a return authorization code.

Since Tera Office Solutions is only a distributor of the goods we are not the manufacturer, Tera Office Solutions cannot indemnify for any liabilities resulting from intellectual property infringement or blanket indemnity, unless the harm is caused by Tera Office Solutions negligence/willful misconduct. Also, Tera Office Solutions cannot provide warranties on the goods provided but will be more than willing to pass on the manufacturer's warranty. That being said, Tera Office Divison would like to insert language pertaining to our position as only the distributor and not the manufacturer. i.e. Tera Office Solutions will indemnify for any harm resulting from the negligence or willful misconduct of Tera Office Solutions Divison, etc.

Return Policy/Procedures: Reporting Problems:I. Tera Consulting Inc/ Tera Office Solution Dept. Contact customer service at 800-887-1885 or

ii. Include PO# and/or Invoice Number, item number(s), quantity, and the reason for return.

iii. All returns or exchanges must be pre‐approved with an RA (Return Authorization) code, this is obtained by contacting Tera Consulting Inc/ Tera Office Solution Division customer service department.

iv. All returns/exchanges/shortage claims/and credit refunds must be requested within 10 days of delivery.

 v. Tera Consulting Inc/ Tera Office Solution Dept. accepts returns for up to 10 days.

vi. Orders may be subject to a 15%-100% restocking fee If an item fails inspection.e.g used or damaged.

vii. Reports of damaged items, incorrect items, defective items or shortages must be made within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Problems reported after that time period may not be honored.

                                         Return Instructions:

  1. Customers should not ship products until they get a Return Authorization Number and specific shipping instructions.

  2.  When shipping returns, it is Tera Consulting Inc/ Tera Office Solution Division suggestion that customers use a carrier providing proof of delivery such as UPS or FedEx.

  3.  All products must be in their original packaging and unopened.

  4. Customer refusal at Delivery: Damaged products can be refused from the carrier, but must be reported to Tera Consulting Inc/ Tera Office Solution Division within 24 hours after refusal.

  5. Defective Products may be returned up to 15 days for replacement as long as there is stock in that item and/or the item is not discontinued. Items are Not Returnable:

  6.  Tera Consulting Inc/ Tera Office Solution Division cannot accept the following non-defective, non-damaged items for return consumables and medical supplies, dated products, discontinued items, close-out merchandise, floor machines and equipment, memory products (RAM), microwaves, opened hardware/IT items, refrigerators, assembled or installed furniture, food/beverages, custom orders (including large quantity, specially priced quoted orders, and custom made products), and software.

  7. Return Shipping: Customer pays for shipping when returning products ordered in error.

  8.  Tera Consulting Inc/ Tera Office Solution Division will pay for return shipping when products delivered are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was shipped. Return Authorizations Expire:

  9. Return Authorization( RAs) expire in 30 days. Once an RA is expired, the return and any applicable refund will be denied.

  10. Shipping To APO/FPO Due to shipping restraints, Tera Consulting Inc/ Tera Office Solution Division is unable to issue call tags for orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses.

  11.  Merchandise must be returned with RMA number to pre-approved A Tera Consulting Inc/ Tera Office Solution Division warehouse at customer’s expense.

  12. Refused Orders, Orders refused at delivery will be charged a restocking fee and applicable shipping charges.

  13.  If a customer cancels his order before it has shipped, his order will be canceled free of charge.

  14.  If a customer needs to cancel his order AFTER it has shipped, the order cannot be canceled but can be returned in accordance with Tera Consulting Inc/ Tera Office Solution Division  Return Policy.
